Ethics

Career counsellors work with groups of people or individuals to assist in career management, choice, advancement and transition.  Professional Careers Management considers it important that the career counsellor provides the highest level of service, complies with all laws and regulations relating both to business practice and the business of counselling, clearly defines services and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and privacy in all dealings.

As a member of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors, Professional Careers Management's Principal, David Bacon, subscribes to the association's code of ethics.
